returns and exchanges

At KPD we want you to be delighted with your purchase!

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Please contact me though email me so we can arrange the details.

Returns will be processed through PayPal to your credit card.

Return shipping fees are the buyers responsibility. All items must be returned un-worn, in original condition with the original tags attached and wrap (organza bag, tissue, gift box) included.

KPD is not responsible for nor will provide a refund for items lost, stolen or damaged during delivery or on returned items packaged improperly resulting in damage.
