Your new KPD jewelry is hand crafted art! It can be delicate but can bring you beauty for years with a little extra care.

Please avoid wearing your jewelry to bed, while bathing, swimming or performing strenuous activities.

Unfortunatley gemstones will crack if dropped on a hard surface and metal wire does break if pushed and pulled to it's limits. Take extra care with bracelets since they get the most contact to hard surfaces during our day. 

It's a good idea to wear little rubber earring backers on a regular basis so your earrings stay put in your ears!

Always avoid harsh chemicals like cleaning agents and hair spray. It’s a good idea to put your jewelry on last, after showering, applying make up and hair products and make it the first thing you take off when you get home from work.

help prevent your silver from tarnishing by storing your jewelry in an air tight container. silver beads, wire and findings can be cleaned of tarnish by using a dry soft polishing cloth or a little toothpaste and a soft toothbrush then rinse with warm water.

store your wire wrapped jewelry laying down flat or hanging avoiding kinks, twists and knots in the wire.

 

gems | pearls | shells

harsh chemicals and liquid cleaning solutions may damage gemstones, pearls and shells. use a water dampened soft cloth to wipe away dirt and oils.
